Originally from Taiwan, Emily has called Los Angeles home for more than two decades. Real estate runs in her family: her father has been a developer in Taiwan for over 40 years and is still actively building residential and high-rise office projects. With a background in economics and public policy, Emily brings an analytical yet personal approach to pricing, negotiation, and property strategy.
